What Is Insomnia?

When we suffer from bouts of sleeplessness, the usual term for this is insomnia. Insomnia is the inability to sleep well and can happen to anyone at any point in their lives and is one of the most common of complaints that people suffer from.

There are 3 main types are insomnia:

  • an individual may have problems going to sleep initially

So How Can We Overcome Insomnia?

Before we can resolve your sleeplessness or insomnia, we need to discover the cause of your insomnia first, Once we have established just what is causing you to lose sleep we can then go on to correct the problem. The treatment will ultimately depend on the cause of your insomnia.
